90's Grunge is back! The next new/old trend to hit the scene are overalls! They bombarded the catwalks during the Spring 2010 shows and designers like Jean Paul Gaultier, Ralph Lauren and Chloe showcased their variations of the old school staple. My favorite is Jean Paul Gaultier's urban take on the overall. I love the baggy structure, barely there cutouts and conical bra bodice. And so does Rachel Zoe!

Although a surprising choice, the overall trend is a natural comeback after the resurrection of the jumpsuit. Both have full body silhouettes and can be dressed up or down. I will definitely be wearing overalls! For Spring 2010, I think they're fun and there are many wears to rock 'em. I would wear it baggy but I also love a more fitted pair like these below:

How To Rock 'Em!
So, ladies, for a polished look, pair your overalls with your favorite heels, girly top and layered necklaces! They key is mixing girly touches with the boyish look of overalls. Also, for the baggy version, feel free to continue the "boyfriend jean" trend of rolling up the cuffs a bit and pairing them with super fierce booties!
Instead of shelling out $450 for JPG's version, I will buy mine from the thrift store and sexify it! : ) When I do, I will be sure to post the DIY!
